Arcadia Contemporary is proud to present "Guardian and Exiles," a solo exhibition by Jesse Stern, on view from September 25 to October 9, 2025. This debut exhibition features 16 new oil paintings and drawings, showcasing Stern’s confrontational portraits that explore vulnerability, tension, and the stronger impulses of human nature. Born in 1976 and raised in Cambridge, MA, Stern trained at the New York Academy of Art and is now revered as an exceptionally skilled draftsman known for his meticulously rendered works that balance precision with psychological weight.
The exhibition opens with a reception on Thursday, September 25, from 5–7 pm, with the artist in attendance.
